Term Dates
Our academic year is organised into three terms, each with its own rhythm of learning, pastoral care, co-curricular activity and celebration. We recommend that families plan all travel during confirmed school holidays to avoid any disruption to learning.
Autumn Term: Wednesday 2 September 2026 – Friday 18 December 2026
Half-term holiday: 26 October – 30 October 2026
Spring Term: Wednesday 6 January 2027 – Friday 26 March 2027
Half-term holiday: 15 February – 19 February 2027
Summer Term: Tuesday 20 April 2027 – Friday 2 July 2027
Half-term holiday: 31 May – 4 June 2027
INSET days for staff are the first two days of the Autumn and Spring terms. Pupils return the following day. All dates are subject to confirmation — please check the parent portal for the most current version.

First Day of Autumn Term
All year groups return. New pupils and families are welcomed at an induction morning beginning at 8:30 am in the main hall.
TermOpen Morning for Prospective Families
Guided tours of the campus, sample lessons across all year groups and a Q&A session with the admissions team. Pre-registration required.
AdmissionsScholarship Applications Close
The closing date for academic, arts and sports scholarship applications for entry in September 2027. Supporting portfolios must be submitted via the admissions portal.
AdmissionsAutumn Arts Festival
Three evenings of theatre, music and visual arts showcasing the talents of pupils across all year groups and four IB programmes. Open to the whole school community.
ArtsParent–Teacher Conferences
Individual appointments with form tutors and subject teachers to review progress at the mid-point of the term. Bookings open via the parent portal two weeks prior.
CommunityHouse Athletics Championship
The annual inter-house competition covering track, field and swimming. House points accumulate throughout the day and results are announced at the closing ceremony.
SportWinter Concert
An evening of festive music performed by the junior ensemble, senior orchestra, chamber choir and house bands. All families and friends of the school are warmly invited.
ArtsLast Day of Autumn Term
End-of-term assemblies and prize-giving across all sections. Pupils are released at 12:30 pm. The Spring Term begins on 6 January 2027.
